Our founder and our team are mainframe professionals with over twenty years of experience. That experience is broad by design: DevOps, application development and modernization, on the estates that still run banks and the businesses around them. The people who teach here are the same people who have spent careers building, running and modernizing these systems — so a bootcamp session on JCL restarts, or an advisory conversation about a modernization seam, comes from practice rather than slides.
We are deliberately small. You deal with the senior people, from the first conversation through delivery, and we take on the work we can do properly.

Evidence over adjectives. Our environments are independent clean-room implementations, our labs are machine-checked, and our modernization work is verified by running and comparing rather than by assertion. The method is set out on the approach page.
The same principle runs through the training. Nobody learns a mainframe by watching one, so every learner gets hands-on use of a mainframe-compatible environment in the browser from the first session — nothing to install, nothing shared — and every course is built around the loop that produces real skill fast: try it, break it, fix it.
